Every beef and pork that enters the smokehouse is carefully handled to give  you a soft, tender meat - you might just as well call it cotton candy. Various sauces has also been perfected to cater to your tastebuds, whether you’re a fan of hot & spicy or a milder tangy sauce and if you’re loving the sauce, we will be more than happy to sell you a bottle.

The Executive Chef of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Manila in Resorts World, Pasay City, and formerly with Shibuya at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas. Chef Chris brings to fold his diverse and masterful concoctions of the Pearl of the Orient’s renowned flavors, exquisitely suited to your American palette.
